• Learning to Stop Complaining — On the habit of complaint, its hidden costs, and the work of choosing a different response.

This was the first version of an essay that would be revisited and refined throughout the month. The core question remained the same: is complaining a release valve or a drain? The answer, explored over several iterations, turned out to be both — and the work was in learning which was which.
